Individual 1:1 attention Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, private yoga instruction provides the perfect opportunity for us to work together to focus on the unique requirements of your body. This includes personal alignments, breathing, movement, meditation and what it means to practice yoga off the mat. Private studio setting located in South West San Clemente.
